Drum\Shaft\Roller Assembly Measurement System is a PC-based measurement system equipped with two sets of Keyence LS-5000 Series Digital Micrometer which is a high-speed, high-accuracy laser micrometer or Keyence LS-7500 Series CCD Optical Micrometer which is a high-speed, high-accuracy and maintenance-free CCD measurement equipment. This system achieves measurement of not only the outer diameter but also roundness and eccentricity at the same time without coming into contact with the objects.

1. Model 1: Centering Clamping Jig
It is suitable for measurement of rubber covered roller assembly, guide roller assembly, OPC drum and related objects for equipments such as copier, facsimile and various printers. LS micrometer will be controlled by a computer equipped with Windows-based application software which will collect the data from LS, process the data in the computer, indicate the data on the monitor, and store the data in text or excel formatted file.
